How can a host make money, and is profit guaranteed?

Your individual proposal confirms the package costs. You decide how the retreat is positioned and priced for your audience, and your estimated profit is the remaining margin after confirmed retreat costs, host expenses, fees and other business costs. Profit is not guaranteed: guest sales, pricing, package costs and host expenses all affect the final result, and any calculator or example on this website is illustrative only.

How many guests do I need?

Fitness Escapes generally works with small to medium groups, often between 6 and 24 guests. The viable number depends on the destination, accommodation, inclusions and supplier requirements.

We review your community, destination, timing and preferred experience, then respond personally within 24 hours with the best next step.

What does Fitness Escapes handle?

Depending on the selected service level, support can include concept development, accommodation, fitness spaces, activities, destination partners, schedules, pricing guidance, pre-departure information and on-ground coordination.

What does the host need to do?

The host leads the brand, audience, promotion, guest relationships, coaching or hosting and final package decisions.

What needs to be paid upfront?

The required deposit and staged payment schedule depend on the destination and suppliers. All commitments and deadlines are confirmed in the written proposal before the retreat is launched.
