Build your own margin scenario.
Explore how guest numbers, package cost, retail price and host expenses affect a retreat. All figures are shown in USD. This is a planning scenario, not a quote or profit guarantee.
Illustrative planning scenario only. It does not include every possible cost and is not a quote, financial recommendation or guarantee. Fitness Escapes will provide verified package costs and payment terms in your individual proposal.
Most Fitness Escapes groups are planned for 6–24 guests.
Enter guest numbers, your package cost and your planned guest price to see a scenario. No example figures are prefilled, because real package costs come from your proposal.
Payments and commitments
Every retreat has a written proposal before anything is launched. It sets out the package cost, what is included, the responsibilities on each side, the deposit required and the staged payment deadlines.
Supplier commitments and minimum group numbers are confirmed at the same time. Those numbers determine when a retreat becomes viable and what happens if guest sales fall short.
Deposit amounts, cancellation rights and refund handling depend on the destination and the suppliers involved, so they are defined per retreat rather than as universal terms. Flights are excluded unless a proposal explicitly states otherwise.
