The information on this website is general in nature. Destination descriptions, sample structures, inclusion lists and any calculator on this website are illustrative and are provided to help you understand how a retreat can be organised. They are not offers, quotes, financial advice or guarantees of any result.

Any figures shown on this website are illustrative planning examples in US dollars. Your individual proposal and service agreement govern the final scope, inclusions, package costs, payment timing, changes and cancellation terms for your retreat.

Submitting the retreat planning form is an enquiry. It does not reserve dates, accommodation, suppliers or capacity, and it does not create a contract.

No retreat is confirmed until a written proposal or service agreement is issued by Fitness Escapes and accepted by the host, and until any required deposit stated in that document has been paid.

Package costs, supplier rates, accommodation availability, minimum group numbers and payment schedules can change before a proposal is accepted. Seasonality, exchange rates and supplier terms all affect the final structure.

The inclusions that apply to a retreat are the inclusions stated in the host's written proposal. Nothing shown on this website should be assumed to be included.

Flights are excluded unless they are explicitly stated in a written proposal.

Deposit amounts, staged payment deadlines, cancellation rights, refund handling, insurance requirements and guest responsibilities are defined in the relevant proposal and service agreement for each retreat. There are no universal terms; they depend on the destination and the suppliers involved.

Hosts are responsible for their own brand, promotion, guest communication, guest sales, pricing decisions and the coaching or hosting they deliver, as set out in the relevant agreement.
